Produced by sunligh: It is produced by exposure to sun light, but some foods are fortified like milk.There are small quantities of vit d in salmon, mackerel, mushrooms, cod liver oil, tuna canned in water, sardines canned in oil, egg yolk, milk or yogurt, cheese and beef or calf liver.
