How come i get small, itchy bumps on my skin when i'm out in the sun too long?

Photosensitive: It appears that you have developed a photosensitivity to the sun. You did not mention as to why long the bumps stayed with you after having been away from the exposure since this would also help to narrow down the possibilities. If you develop large and itchy hives, the condition is known as solar urticaria. The treatment is the same- avoid sun exposure.
