Be proactive!!!!: Being proactive goes a long way. 1. Talk to your doctor to make sure your fever isn't caused by another condition. 2.Maintain a schedule/ structure to your day 3. Get 8 hrs of sleep (avoid under or oversleeping) 4. Log your fevers with associated symptoms (help your doctor piece clues together) 5.Exercise the best you can. 6. Avoid contact sports. 7. Develop a network of friends for support.
