One idea: The most cynical and helpful advice i can offer is to pretend you love your parents until you are able to escape. Abusers commonly act that way because they feel entitled to your affection. This will probably upset you and many of my friends here. But it's a basic survival tip. If there's domestic violence, it's your decision as to whether to call the law. Seek relationships with adults outside.
