Hearing voices and seeing faces before falling asleep. does this mean anything?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not always.: You could have whats known as hypnagogia. This is usually hallucinations before bed time which can be related to levels of consciousness as you transition into sleep especially if bedtime is the only time you are hearing them or seeing things. If other aspects of your life are affected then you should likely get seen by a professional to rule out other things.
