Tietizes syndrome: Fancy name for costochodritis - or inflamation of the sternum rib joints. The cartilage between the sternum and ribs becomes inflammed - sometimes causing pain similar to a heart attack. Generally any good antiinflammatory medication can help relieve it. But any chest pain that seems to get worse or associated with sweating or left arm pain should be evaluated promptly.
