Need advice on what is the the best thing to do with ashtma?

Asthma Control: Avoid triggers (allergens, strong odors/ perfumes, smokes/smoking, stress etc). Keep well hydrated specially in this hot climate. Take enough rest. Take your controller med. Regularly and rescue med as needed. Check peak flow regularly, follow "asthma action plan". Seek medical attention in case of any other sickness.

General advice ??: The best advise for an asthma patient is to get a good evaluation, set up a reasonable treatment plan & comply with that plan. Proper followup & a good relationship with your pcp helps assure you can adjust treatment as changes arise.
