Antarctica maybe: Unfortunately, allergens are nearly everywhere on planet earth. Where ever trees, grass, weeds grow or places that support mold are found, there is the potential for experiencing allergies for that person. There is a geographical distribution to plants and less dust mites at high altitudes. Unfortunately, moving to a new location may only lead to new allergies there.
