Unfortunately no: Asthma can be a serious and even life threatening condition that requires prescription medication for acute treatment or for daily control. While many home remedies are advertised, they have not been studied adequately for safety or effectiveness. For asthma, see a doctor who specializes in asthma--an allergist or pulmonologist. I suspect diabetes care is similar....
