Asthma: You need to see your physician to discuss. If you are on a home nebulizer, you may need to be managed by a pulmonary specialist. If what you mean by 'mouthpiece' is a metered dose inhaler it is probably a good idea for acute symptoms arising when you don't have the nebulizer around.
