Fit 59yr m has chest pain about 10cm to the right of sternum when pulse >155. xray, ekg, tte, stress test all normal. what other tests are indicated?

Chest pain: To answer best would need to see you and have first hand information about your exercise response on the stress test. If CAD remains a consideration, i would do a coronary angiogram at this point. If my clinical impression was that we had pretty much ruled out cad, i would likely have something else in mind.
