Seek help: It is not the act of binge eating that you need to control.There is some underlying reason that you have to try and deal with. This can only be done with help from other people. Talk to someone that you trust about your life and what you feeling and try and unwind the driving agents.Doing this with a professional counselor will accelerate the process.You are damaging your body, seek help.

Healing from binge eating also requires support from lay groups like oa. http://www.oa.org/ this 12 step approach is really useful. Depression requires help from your pcp -- and psychiatrists and psychologists who are skilled to help you with talk therapies & any needed medications.
