Coordinate: Progressive relaxation and deep breathing can help with anxiety as well as things that can be calming for you such as long walks, cold showers, listening to music, meditation, yoga, exercising etc. Each persons calming technique is different. As far as being happier, no one can tell you how to do that. Decrease your stress levels and learn coping techniques. Utilize your support system.
