Depends: If it is just the glucosamine and vit d formulation it is probably fine. It seems like most of america is vitamin d deficient so you are probably okay with that. I have no idea why you need glusoamine; it is not going to do anything for your ms. The next time you see your pcp or ms specialist ask if s/he has checked your vitamin d level and then you won't need to guess about it.
