Work toward health: If you are unhappy w your body, you can take action. Nutrition is very important. Get 8 8 oz glasses of water per day. Work in 5 servings of vegetables and 4 servings of fruit per day. Avoid junk food and take in carbs that are high in fiber. Be physically active every day. Insure that calories burned exceed calories consumed. For each healthy choice you make, give yourself a pat on the back.
