Wrist pain: Pain in the morning is a sign of arthritis. Pain with activity is not a clear sign of arthritis. If you are having pain with activities if daily living - i would recommend that you see a rheumatologist for laboratory workup.

Arthritis: Yes it could be osteoarthritis. A simple x-ray can confirm the diagnosis.
