Not certain: what you mean...your WRIST is a joint and at your age the most common cause is strain/sprain (this can include more "subtle "repetitive" strain due to computer or hand held devices...for example texting!!! Once you find the reason you can learn ways of PREVENTING the pain...rather than trying to treat it! Hope this is helpful Dr Z
