Not likely : Implanon is a very effective birth control method-- one of the most effective methods. Of course there are rare exceptions but Implanon is a highly reliable method. Condoms would decrease the risk and protect you against stds.

Minimal: The Keflex intake is immaterial, but the fact you are using an implant and intercourse occurred on the 1st day of your period makes the probability of pregnancy very unlikely.
