Stress & anxiety: Symptoms of stress & anxiety include feelings of body tension; headache; jitteriness; irritability; sleep disturbance (especially difficulty getting to sleep which can progress); anxiety; worry; dread of situations that exacerbate stress -- work may be a frequent scenario; isolating one's self; difficulty concentrating, etc. Please see your doctor about your own situation -- help is possible.

Symptoms of Stress: There can be a plethora of symptoms of anxiety and stress which include, but are not limited to: negative thoughts, racing heart, sweating, chest tightness, worry, difficulty concentrating, difficulty falling asleep, racing thoughts, feeling "keyed up", a sense of doom, tremors, headaches, high blood pressure.
