Two days ago when i picked up water camper i felt sudden ache in lower back on right side, it has somewhat spread a little numbness in my leg. help.

Exam: To sort this out it would be best to be examined to see if there is something causing the pain and also irritating the nerve to cause the numbness. It could be your back or possibly a nerve coming from the back causing the symptoms.
