A member asked:

Is it true that man in even age produces more x chromosome than y?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unclear question: Are; you asking if more x than y chromosomes are produced for instance in sperm. Males have one x and one y while females have two x's therefore overall about 75% of chromosomes are x. However these are almost evenly divided in reproduction so that there are approximately the same number of males as females (actually about 108 males per 100 females). If you had something else in mind, re-ask.
