Homework question: Wikipedia often contains errors. In a person with two or more X-chromosomes (ordinary woman, Klinefelter man), all but one will lyonize and turn into the inactive Barr body. This happens early in the unborn child, and once the choice is made, each cell descended from that cell will inactivate the same X chromosome. Please read about this in some reliable places as this is basic biology.
