Yes: If the primary symptom that's bothering you is stuffiness you can try a few things. Sometimes the saline nasal washes or sprays can help. Ask your pharmacist where to find these over the counter. Try a humidifier, warm shower, drink lots of fluids, and keep your head propped with pillows at night. If you need a decongestant, you can take one, ask your md for a recommendation.

Pregnant + Stuffy : Ask your ob/gyn what is permissible. If otc meds don't work ask for an ENT specialist referral.

Nasal saline washes: There are some medications that are safe in pregnancy, however, simple treatment with nasal saline rinse/wash once to twice daily will work fairly well for sinus drainage and cold symptoms. If you have allergies, and your current symptoms are due to allergies, you can discuss with your allergist safe medicines to use including some antihistamines such as zyrtec or claritin.
