Likely OK/ck kidneys: The approximate normal range for globulins in the blood is 2.6 to 4.6 g/dl. Your level is just slightly below that. Given your ANA and antibodies and your drugs and your history of biopsies and pre-diabetes, it may not be surprising that it is at this level as proteins can be list through the kidneys, so a visit to your doctor is in order to check them out with tests and for reassurance.
