Painful urination: The most common problem is some type of infection. If you have been sexually active you should be concerned about a sexually transmitted infection. If not there are other infections of the tube between the bladder and opening of the penis. You could also have an infection of the bladder. Are you circumcised? Regardless you need to see a doctor for further evaluation and tests.
