A member asked:

What is the best diet/supplements to cure an anal fistula? and what would be a reasonable time frame for this to happen (if it worked)?

Get a real Rx: Dietary modifications may make for softer stool and more comfortable bowel movements, but this is not the mainstay of successful treatment. An anal fistula can be permanent if it's not surgically treated. I also trust that crohn's disease has been ruled out.
