Dehydration : Most common cause of those symptoms is not getting enough water and electrolyte intake to replace losses due to diarrhea. If you cannot keep up by oral intake may need some IV fluids.

C. Diff. Colitis: Looks like you have very bad case of c. Diff. Colitis and losing lot of fluid causing hypovolemia. Hypovolemia can contribute all these symptoms. You are on Metronidazole which is treatment of choice. . Keep your fluid intake. If these symptoms persist then see your doctor for other inflammatory diseases. Good luck.
