Osteoporosis: Check with the doc that ordered the dexa. When was your last dexa? Prior results ? Prior treatments? What kind of "bone issues"? Some people lose bone density more quickly with menopause and some medications.

Osteoporosis: Please discuss the details of the test with your doctor before drawing conclusions. Bone quality can sometimes quickly worsen, depending on a lot of individual factors. Also the way the test was done makes a difference sometimes. It certain sounds like agressive treatment is indicated!
