Be seen: You need to be seen and evaluated. Maybe it is the flu and is taking a while to clear. Maybe it is mono. But the fact that it has been more than a week warrants an appointment. Maybe you have a secondary infection now requiring treatment...You will benefit form being seen.

See your doctor: We usually are concerned that fever suggests infection. There are other diagnoses and this needs to be clarified immediately.
