Difficult treatment: Creams are very inconsistent in dosing patterns. I'm not sure why you would be using this therapy whether prescribed or obtained in other ways. If it is prescribed, i would suggest following up with your doctor. For pcos, a combined estrogen / progestin pill is more metabolically positive than Progesterone alone. Hard to know what the bleeding is. Likely not a true cycle. Good luck.
