My menstrual cycles have been around 28 days now i'm on cycle day 53 and no period and negative hpt. however, i do have pcos. what could be wrong?

No ovulation: If a period doesn't come, and you're not pregnant, that means that you haven't ovulated since your last period. Ovulation brings on a period 14 days later. Usually best to see your doctor if you go close to 3 months without a period, or sooner if you wish to become pregnant.
