19 year old with CP: There are many possibilities. In a young adult, pneumotorax, pneumonia, pleurisy, acid reflux are considered. Primary cardiac etiology is unlikely unless there is pericarditis (inflammation of the lining surrounding the heart). Pulmonary embolism is unlikely but considered depending on risk factors. "bad pain" involves the "lung" should be evaluated by your doctor, urgent care, er.
