How could i tell if i have a stone in my salivary duct? i have had chronic sinus pain, congestion, rashes and migraines, all clear blood tests

Salivary duct stone: A ct could pick it up, an x-ray also may if large enough. Drink tons of water and suck on lemons to get the salivary gland to produce more saliva. The more water you drink the thinner your secretions which will help with any sinus issues as well as with headaches.

See an ENT: Salivary duct stone should not be related to sinus pain, rashes, or migraines, but you should see an ENT doctor to examine you for stones. Some are evident on physical exam by palpation and others may be visible on a ct scan. Usually ductal stones lead to salivary gland infections, swelling, or pain.
