With extreme caution: Check with your doctor before stopping any medication. Carboplatin can lower your platelets (blood elements responsible for clotting), Plavix inhibits the platelet function, the combination can increase your risk of bleeding. Also supplements vitamin e, fish oil, ginkgo balboa, and (nsaids) such as aspirin, Ibuprofen (advil, motrin), Naproxen (aleve, naprosyn), can further increase bleeding risk.
