Reverse: Symptoms should improve and resolve prior to completion of antibiotic--usually by about end of day#3 if vigorous response to antibiotic. If antibiotic complete and discharge continuing, need re-evaluation.

Discharge: Penile discharge needs evaluated and treatment can cure infection but sometimes repeat courses of antibiotics need given. See your doctor regarding your persistent symptoms. Your discharge needs cultured and evaluated.

See details: Penile discharge can be related to infection but that is not always the case. The discharge needs to be cultured not the blood and urine. Your doctor also needs to rule out other causes if antibiotics do not work.
