See your gyne: This sounds line it could be a form of folliculitis and may benefit from exfoliation or a different skin care regimen or hair removal. It could be associated with vaginosis or hidradenitis suppuriiva and may be treated with medication or surgery. See your gyne for an evaluation and possible wound culture.
