400mg BID: It is a broad spectrum antihelmetic. Max doseof 800mg. If less than 60kg may give lower doses at 15mg per kg.

Albendazole: This depends on the type of infestation & your weight. If your weight is over 60 kg. & u have hydatid disease or neurocysticercosis, the dose is 400 mg. Twice daily with meals. If less than 60 kg. Weight, it is 15 mg./kg/day if u have filaria, the dose is 400 mg. Once daily.
