Breast lesion: Breast cancer in your age group are very rare, although, not 0 incidence. Although, i don't have mammogram results available to me for review, i would think it is encouraging that mammogram was read as normal. You should go back to the ordering doc and discuss further on what the plan should be - watching it, repeating mammogram in 6 months or something else.

Can't say: Most breast lumps are benign especially in someone of your age. So it is not likely to become cancerous but you need to have your doctor tell you how to follow on this lump so that you can be sure and out if it benign and how often to get a physical exam to follow up on this lump. Often such small lumps are fibroadenomas... Which are perfectly benign and can be left alone.
