What is your concern: Are you concern about the nicotine in your blood after one puff from a cigar . You will not have any. If you are concern about the cigar touching your lip do not worry there is no cancer will form from a casual touch. If I know for sure your concern I might be able to help you better . Good luck

Getting tested?: Were you around smoke from cigars? Environmental tobacco smoke (ETS) can lead to positive cotinine testing even if you didn't actually inhale from the cigar.
