Yes: Nicotine hair tests can detect smoking for at least 90 days and possibly longer. You don't need to inhale cigars (in fact most people can't) to get a significant dose of nicotine. Just puffing is what most cigar smokers do and they get plenty of nicotine. Not inhaling only works if you are bill clinton.
