Gone by now: Not inhaling through a cigar or cigarette would be like breathing the smoke in a "second hand smoke" situation. So, if a person was exposed to second-hand smoke 2 weeks ago, and has avoided all second-hand smoke since then, the nicotine should be out of the body by now. If there are traces of it remaining, the traces will go away without any treatment.
