Greater risk: Despite not inhaling, you are at greater risk than a non-smoker for getting cancer. Whereas you are not likely to get lung cancer if you dont inhale, you still are at risk of getting oral cancers of the lips, tongue, mouth lining, and even throat, what we often refer to as oropharynx cancers. The risk increases the more frequently you smoke the cigars.
