Migraine?: Any severe persistant or recurrent headache needs to be evaluated by your primary physician or a neurologist.Worrisome symptoms are the severity and the confusion.Also watch out for nausea, fever stiff neck or other abnormal neurologic symptoms...Even if they go away after a few minutes.This could be migraine but must rule out more serious conditions like tumor, stroke, aneurysm, seizure, etc.
