What is good to use on teeth to protect them at night from acid reflux damage? i wear a bite splint and am afraid the splint is holding the acid.

Fluoride rinse: You should thoroughly brush and floss your and then use a Fluoride rinse just before you go to bed. You can get a rinse over the counter but a prescription dose Fluoride rinse would be better. Repeat the process when you get up.
