Stiff Heart: Diastolic dysfunction, which means impaired relaxing or filling ability of the heart, was seen on your study. It's graded 1-4, with 4 being most severe. You have grade 2. It's usu caused by high blood pressure; other more rare things too. Symptoms range from mild shortness of breath to full blown heart failure or (for many) nothing at all. Use it as a wake up call to take care of yourself!
