Ovulation: You may be having an irregular cycle for various reasons... Or it could be mittelschmerz. (middle pain). This occurs when you feel pain from your ovary releasing an egg. Most often you don't feel this, but sometimes there can be pain and cramping related to cyst formation or bleeding. The jelly discharge is another clue that you are ovulating. It a nutrient rich discharge that helps sperm survive.
