Probably nothing: Following any abortion some spotting and cramping can be normal; also HCG does not drop immediately to zero following abortion so normal ovulation can be delayed. If there are no other symptoms/concerns you can wait a few weeks to see how things happen, if you are worried you should contact your provider sooner.
