Yes, but: She should be on beta blockers to protect her heart and keep her heart rate and BP normal. She should also be receiving treatment with radioiodine or antithyroid drugs. Make sure she stays cool and well-hydrated. Monitor vital signs and stop exercise if indicated. Check w/her doctor as well.
