Pregnant my iron level was at 11 dr put me on ferrous sulfate 5gr tab url 2times daily plus my prenatal is that to much? can it cause my fetus harm?

Iron deficiency : Ferrous sulfate does not cause fetal harm and i would recommend taking this. Anemia on the other hand by not taking this supplement can potentially cause lower fetal oxygen levels.
