Had fever of 101-102 for approx. 4-6hours at 8 weeks 4days pregnant. could that have caused serious harm to fetus? is there a way to know for sure?

Follow up: Thia is a very short period of fever and hopefully not an illness to cause harm. Have regular followup with your doctor with serial ultrasounds to help should you baby is developing properly. All the best.
